Job Title: Test Analyst

Duties: Analyze project requirements. Estimate and obtain management support for the time, resources and budget required to perform the testing. Develop test plan for tasks, dependencies and participants required to mitigate the risks to system quality and obtain stakeholder support. Arrange hardware and software requirements for test setup. Ensure content and structure of all testing documents and artifacts is documented and maintained. Document, implement, monitor, and enforce all processes for testing. Check and review test cases documents. Monitor new requirements and change in requirements of the project. Track and prepare report of testing activities such test testing results, test case coverage, required resources, defects discovered and their status and performance baselines. Review reports prepared by test engineers. Ensure timely delivery of testing milestones. Prepare and update metrics dashboard at end of a phase and completion of project. Use Control M, Application Life Cycle Management, Dimensions, Data Compare Tool, Oracle, Abinitio, Informatica, Unix, Sieble CRM and Caliber.

Work Location: various unanticipated work locations throughout the United States; relocation may be required.

Minimum Requirements

Education: Master – Computer Science or Computer Information Systems (will accept foreign education equivalent);

Experience: One (1) year
